Seal it out...seal it inAug 13, 2010 I had problems with water seeping in under my garage door anytime it rained or snowed so I thought this ought to solve my problem. For the most part it did but at the same time pulling a wet car in...the water can't get out either. I've had it installed for about 2 years now, the liquid nail provided with has now began breaking loose. Overall I'm pleased with the results of its purpose and structure but when it comes completely off I'll reattach it with a stronger bonding agent as well as hammer drill anchors in about every two feet.

Good product....Jan 23, 2010 Installation was easy, taking less than 2 hours. We have had 3 rain storms since I installed the door seals and no water infiltration. I would recommend this product.
