Easy to Install and Works As AdvertisedOct 20, 2009
By George in Alameda I am so happy I finally spent the money on this garage door seal! After replacing my garage door's gasket a few times and still having water stream in under heavy rains, I finally noticed that my garage floor wasn't parallel with my door's bottom.
The Park Smart Garage Door Seal worked like a charm. It was cheaper here than at other sites and came in about four business days (regular delivery).
It was easy to install (and I am by no means a confident DIYer) and during the next heavy rainstorm, not a drop nor a trickle of water came in -- the floor was bone dry.
This is totally worth the money!

The Park Smart Garage Door Seal which came with liquid nails fixed the problem we had with water getting into the garage whenever there was a heavy rain. An inexpensive solution to a problem that had caused problems for many years.
