The Tsunami Seal® Garage Threshold Door Seal mounts to your garage floor creating the perfect seal between your door and your garage floor. The Garage Door Threshold Seal creates a tight seal for your garage door which will keep leaves, dirt, water and snow from being blown under the garage door by the wind. Also, if you have a sloped driveway or an uneven garage floor and water is seeping under your garage door, the Door Seal adds a 1/2" tall barrier to the garage floor. The Door Seal will also help keep out unwanted insects and snakes. By creating a better seal, your garage will stay warmer during the winter and cooler during the summer, helping to keep your energy cost down.

I bouhgt the 16'ft gray tsunamy seal, threshold kit, item 51016 for @ 80 dollars. when I follow all the instructions that came with it.when i try to put the glue that is the liquid nail. this was already dry. it was so hard to squeeze the glue out the tubes,the gun was worse it already came damage. that when i finished the 16'ft and try to set the seal it was already dry. then i have to scrape all this glue from the floor and the seal. that's not right to send this tubes already damage to a customer.all the time i waisted for this people no body is going to giveit back. to finish i have to go to home depot and buy two (2) new and in excellent condition liquid nail tubes. so my experience with thisAuto Care Products Inc 53016 16-Feet Tsunami Seal Garage Door Threshold Seal Kit, Black company is NOT a good one.

Everyone laughed at me when I said I was going to get this. After one too many heavy storms blew water right under my garage door, I had enough. It was amazingly simple to install, and it works. No more water when the northeast winds blow.

Beware. Most of the pictures showing the contents of this kit show that it comes with two tubes of adhesive. But when I got mine there was only one tube. One picture on Amazon shows the 10-foot kit in black with one tube but all other pictures, in other colors of the 10-foot kit show two tubes. I ordered gray. The picture for that showed two tubes. But I only got one. This is a classic misdirection typical of dishonest retailers. I was ripped off. Both Amazon and the supplier should be ashamed of themselves.
